During the session, I’m going to push you with questions that may feel uncomfortable. They’re questions we usually avoid answering when we don’t believe in ourselves. Through them we’ll identify your specific stress points, fears, and internal rules that are getting in your way.
Working in real time allows us to see the block as it appears and deal with it in the moment. You’ll have clarity around what’s keeping you stuck. As others describe what’s stopping them, it often becomes easier to recognize your own.
Once that’s clear, self-blame will drop away and your behaviors will finally make sense. The thought shifts from “what’s wrong with me?” to “oh… this is what’s happening, and this is why.”
You may even feel a “no wonder” moment. For many people, that realization alone feels life-changing.

I’m trained in the neuroscience-informed framework developed by Margaret Lynch Raniere, which focuses on how nervous-system stress responses get in the way of doing what you already know you should do.
I started this work because I realized that the changes I wanted weren’t going to happen until I addressed my own internal blocks. I still use this process today because it’s the only thing I’ve found that stops the procrastination and gets me back into action. I recognize these patterns as more than just concepts; I know what it feels like when the stress response lowers and I feel inspired action again.

What if I can’t find my block during the session?
This is a common concern, especially if you’ve been stuck for a long time. But that’s why you’re looking for help. The framework I use is designed to bypass the part of your brain that’s overthinking. Between my guidance and hearing others’ breakthroughs, the answer will come to you.
I’ve tried mindset work/therapy/coaching before. Why is this different?
Most methods try to fix the behavior or change the thought behind it. We look at your internal “safety rules.” We’ll use your feelings to find the reason you’re procrastinating.
Who this is for?
Women who care deeply about their business, career or health goal and keep stopping short of the next step, even though they know what it is.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. You come with the goal you’ve been stuck on, a pad and pen and we’ll work from there.
Will I have to talk or share personal details?
You only share what you’re comfortable sharing. There’s no pressure to say anything more than you want to. The session will still work for you.
What if I can’t attend live?
The session is designed to be experienced live. After the session you will be send a replay, but the real value is in being there.
