Weight loss success starts with a plan that feels right

When the right intermittent fasting plan clicks for you

We know there’s no quick and easy solution to weight loss, and chances are, you’ve already found that out for yourself. But we keep chasing that dream, always hunting for the elusive formula to melt the pounds away effortlessly, just like the covers of magazines, tv ads, and the internet promised.

You’ve probably tried more plans than you can count. They’ve left you feeling discouraged, wondering if you’re ever going to get to your goal. I was on that hunt for 30 years. I was at that point where I had decided to just accept that I was never going to lose weight. I was supposed to be fat, I didn’t have the willpower to stick to the restrictions, the constant exercising. I was a failure. And then I found intermittent fasting.

So, before we go further, start with where you are. Now is the time to get your head out of the trap of seeing those attempts as signs you can’t succeed. Or even worse, take on the identity of a failure. They simply weren’t the right approach for you.

The key is to find a method that resonates with you, something you can truly believe in. Knowing it worked for someone else isn’t enough. The people who seem to have it figured out found a plan that clicked with them, and fits their lifestyle perfectly. That doesn’t mean their way will work for everyone.

How does this new approach you’re trying feel to you? Does it feel right for you, deep in your gut? That’s how it felt to me. As soon as I understood intermittent fasting wasn’t about diet, or calories, and that I could pick times to eat that worked for me, I knew. It aligned with what my body had been telling me all my life, and I had tried to ignore it to follow the “experts” advice.

When you find the way that seems right for you, are you prepared to look for the extra tools you’ll need to commit to the journey, however long that may be? Without those additions to your tool kit, it’ll be tough to stay motivated. When that scale stubbornly stays the same for weeks, what will you use to push through? Can you readjust your mindset, find the tweaks you need to keep moving forward?

The wonderful reality is, the tools you need are all accessible to you. The challenge is putting it all together in a way that works for you. With so much information out there, sifting through it can be overwhelming.

Sometimes a little guidance can go a long way. Having help through the process can be incredibly valuable.

My course, “Intermittent Fasting: No More Starting Over,” provides exactly that kind of support. It has practical tools and strategies to help you navigate challenges, track your progress, and stay motivated throughout your intermittent fasting journey.

Remember, the tools you need for success are freely available. This course is designed to be the missing puzzle piece, putting all the information together for lasting results, along with a supportive community to keep you accountable.
