My training gave me the theory and years of practice taught me what actually works. Over time, I let go of the internal blocks that had been holding me back which allowed me to move into my dream job in an industry I had wanted to work in for years, along with a 50% increase in income. My husband and I relocated to a charming village full of community, into a house I once drew as a child.

A different approach

Most coaching focuses on mindset shifts, affirmations and new strategies or tactics, with the belief that you can think your way into forward movement. When uncomfortable emotions show up, they’re often glossed over by being told to stay positive or push past them.

My process starts in a different place. I look for those common, expensive, painful, and mysterious problems that undermine progress. Those uncomfortable emotions matter, because they usually point directly to what’s getting in the way.

Just as important, this approach is measurable. We track real-time changes in the nervous system during sessions, so both you and I can see when the block is cleared.

The result

People are often surprised by how quickly this approach gets to the real issue. We dig below the surface and that process can feel uncomfortable at times. We identify the fears, stress points and internal rules and negative thought patterns that aren’t so obvious. Then we remove the emotional charge attached to them. 

Many clients say the work puts words to thoughts they’ve never said out loud but recognize immediately. They understand why they were stuck and the behaviors that once felt confusing or hard to explain make sense. Taking consistent action becomes easier because they’re no longer fighting the same internal resistance.

My training and methodology

I was trained and certified by Margaret Lynch Raniere, whose neuroscience-informed motivation framework focuses on resolving motivation blocks at the emotional and physiological level.

This approach works directly with:

  • The underlying causes of repeated stalls, loss of motivation and self-sabotage
  • Nervous system stress responses that disrupt focus and follow-through
  • Emotional blocks connected to deserving and visibility
  • Subconscious patterns that drive avoidance, freezing or hesitation
