I know what it’s like to carry the weight of self-doubt and judgement.

When I was overweight, I often felt invisible and judged, questioning my worthiness in relationships and in life. Finding my life partner seemed like an impossible dream when I couldn’t even find acceptance within myself. But life has a way of surprising us.

My journey began with the struggle of breaking free from many limiting beliefs I held about myself and my future. From the moment I hit puberty my weight started to rise. It was almost like I was protecting myself from the uncomfortableness of growth and relationships by hiding behind a big body.

By my mid-20s, I reached a peak of 210 pounds. Unhappiness and discomfort was reflected every time I looked in the mirror. Attempts to lose weight through calorie restriction brought some success, but then the weight loss stopped and the needle wouldn’t budge any further.

Fast forward to 2018, and I discovered intermittent fasting—the answer I had been seeking for years. From the first day I embraced a 20 hour fasting window and a 4 hour eating window. In the beginning I wanted to binge everything I could get my hands on as soon as my window opened, but determination and grace became my allies. I faced guilt about food choices and battled the ingrained diet mindset, all while losing weight at about half a pound a week. It seemed so slow, and I wondered if I would ever reach my goal.

A plateau in late 2019 forced me to dig deep and find a “why” that surpassed my desire for being able to eat any time of the day. Trusting the process, making necessary changes, and finding a deeper purpose reignited the weight loss.

In May 2020, I reached my goal weight. But my journey didn’t end there.

Now that I had achieved my life-long goal of reaching a “normal” weight, I wanted more.

My experiences with intermittent fasting became a catalyst for self-improvement, leading me on a path to self-love.

Through learning about negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs and how to move through them, I’ve made massive shifts in my life.

Inspired by my own journey, I created this course to share the lessons I learned and help others achieve their own transformation. I teach you how to use intermittent fasting to achieve your health and wellness goals, embrace self-love, release limiting beliefs, foster a positive body image, and cultivate self-love.

It’s more than achieving your desired body; it’s about transforming every aspect of your life. You can learn to love yourself again, mind, body, and spirit.
